Lampshade

Using my newly acquired knowledge of the equipment in the department’s shop, I began by making a wooden mold. This I turned on the lathe then heat molded plastic around it. The plastic was removed and the two halves joined together to make a hanging pendant shade. The inside was painted with reflective silver paint. On the outside I used copper paint with a hammered finish.
